Dr. Manjush Karthika is an accomplished Associate Professor of Respiratory Care and currently serves as Head of the Department of Health and Medical Sciences at Liwa College, Abu Dhabi. With a distinguished career spanning academics, clinical practice, and research, Dr. Karthika has become a leading voice in respiratory care education and innovation.
A dedicated educator and researcher, Dr. Karthika has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and regularly presents at national and international conferences. His work focuses on advancing respiratory care practices, Extracorporeal Life Support Technology, and Thoracic Ultrasound implementation.
Mr. Rafeek Moiloth Kandy is a Respiratory Therapy Specialist with experience in clinical respiratory care across UAE healthcare institutions. He contributes to advancing respiratory therapy practice and standards within the Emirates Thoracic Society.
His areas of interest include clinical respiratory care, patient management in critical care settings, and the development of respiratory therapy protocols.
Mr. Mohaed Shash serves as Secretary General of the Respiratory Therapy Special Interest Group under the Emirates Thoracic Society. He is involved in coordinating and advancing respiratory therapy initiatives and activities across the UAE.
